San Angelo Concrete & Masonry is a masonry and concrete contractor based in San Angelo, TX. We provide residential and commercial masonry services including, but not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, stone masonry, fireplace installation, and related work throughout the San Angelo, TX area.
The information on this Site is provided for general purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or scope. Actual services are defined by a written agreement or signed estimate between you and San Angelo Concrete & Masonry.
We provide free on-site estimates. All estimates are based on a visual inspection of the property and the information available at the time. Estimates are not binding until you sign a written proposal or contract.
If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work - such as concealed structural damage, soil conditions not visible at the time of estimate, or code requirements that were not apparent - we will inform you in writing before proceeding with any additional work. Any changes to the original scope require written approval from you before we begin.
Prices quoted in an estimate are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise specified in writing.
Once you accept a written estimate and a start date is confirmed, that time is reserved for your project. We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee as outlined in your written agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that make it unsafe or impractical to perform masonry work. We will notify you as soon as possible and propose an alternative date at no additional charge.
If a project is cancelled by you after work has begun, you will be billed for the labor and materials used up to the point of cancellation.
Payment terms are outlined in your written estimate or contract. For most projects, a deposit is required to reserve your start date, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by check, cash, and common electronic payment methods as specified at the time of your project. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee as stated in your contract.
If payment is not received and collection action becomes necessary, you agree to reimburse San Angelo Concrete & Masonry for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For projects that require a building permit, we will pull that permit on your behalf through the City of San Angelo or applicable jurisdiction. Permit fees are charged to you as part of the project cost. We perform all work in accordance with applicable local building codes. You agree to allow access to the property as needed for city inspections required by the permit.
Where a warranty is offered on specific work, the terms and duration of that warranty will be stated in your written contract. Our warranty covers workmanship and materials we supply. It does not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather events, flooding, soil movement not addressed in the original scope of work, third-party alterations to the completed work, or normal wear and tear over time.
The Site and all information on it are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Angelo Concrete & Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or from services we provide, including loss of profit, loss of data, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to work performed shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
All content on this Site - including text, images, logos, and other materials - is the property of San Angelo Concrete & Masonry or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and San Angelo Concrete & Masonry, we ask that you contact us first at support@sanangelomasonry.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication.
If direct resolution is not possible, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in San Angelo, TX, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to another method. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tom Green County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
